Dan has done multiple real estate deals on my behalf and I was always confident in his council.

 When it came time to update my will, living will & power of attorney that I had drafted by Mr. Perlman 3 years ago, it seemed like it was going to be smooth sailing.  I was pleased with the job he orginally did.
 HOWEVER, this time around my e-mails were never promptly answered and after 7 weeks of him over-promising and under-delivering (starting in October of 2013) I had to withdraw my request for his assistance.  His only response was, "I understand.  Unfortunately the circumstances were beyond my control. "
  In early November I had specified I'd appreciate it if the matter could be handled by late November and there didn't seem to be a problem.  If there was a problem with the timeline it was certainly within his control to send me a quick e-mail blurb asking for more time or express there was a hold-up.  I was treated like a low-level client.  I terminated my relationship with his office this past week on 11/22/13.
   I feel Mr. Perlman this time around was unprofessional and very difficult to get a hold of.  I'm disappointed I have to find a new lawyer to handle my important paperwork.
