The park looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The “workout room” and “laundry room” are in the same small rundown room. There is an old treadmill and a workout machine with no pins for the weights. There are 4 washers only 2 work and 3 dryers only 2 work. Only cold water wash. There is no bar. There is a rude old woman who lectured me for 25 minutes that I overloaded their washer. With 3 pairs of jeans 2 shirts and a couple towels. However Kuki is awesome and refunded me in full as I was not satisfied. So I would just take a ride by before you pay $750 for this “resort”

I have been living here at permian basin golf and  R V since 2013. There is no other place in Texas that I would ever feel at home like I do here.  There are times when I am gone up to 6 to 8 months at a time working in the oilfield. Chip Brewer makes sure that my camper is safe while I am away from the park.  So if you're looking for a home away from home this is where you need to come, permian basin golf an RV.

I've been living here for three years! Trains HA! Welcome to West Texas! CHIP and Genie are the best! Yeah the ads a little futuristic but he works his butt off trying to get it built..you can keep your fancy D.V.R. or b/s Free Satellite talk They have all that and more Other places all you get is dust lots jammed up spaces and greedy unprofessional people I'd hardly call those places an R.V. park Chip and Genie have 9 holes coming a go kart track free bbqs in the Summer months! Rent gonna be behind they will work around your busy schedule no worries and Pool Party is on This SUMMER BYOB!!!!!!

The  owners and employees are AWESOME. I love being there. They go out of there way to help. Place is nice clean and quit. People that stay there are friendly. Take my advise and stay awhile....
