Absolutely love Perri's. We have been purchasing furniture from them since 2011. We always have a great experience when we visit, whether we are purchasing or just looking to see what's new. Perri and the sales reps always go above and beyond to help you find exactly what it is you are looking for. If it's not on the showroom floor they have catalogs you can go through. They also have easy financing. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the market for new furniture. We highly recommend them for the quality of furniture and the exceptional customer service.

Perri's is an awesome place for buying furniture. The employees give great advice. They saved me so much money by buying the items I liked on Wayfair through them. Whenever I find something I want or just need ideas, I go to Perri's first. If you don't see what you want on the floor, go through their catalog's. I had my catalog furniture within a week. Thank you Perri's for making my home so beautiful.

Absolutely horrendous! Do I have the option to give ZERO stars? They have been harassing my family and I for an error that THEY made. We paid for a couch, and they forgot to charge us the delivery fee. Between my phone and my dad's phone, we have SEVEN missed calls (and that's just from one day)! They must be too proud to leave a message, because we have ZERO messages. I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize - if it's that important, leave a message. After speaking with the lady the previous day, my mom told them that if, in fact, they forgot to charge us for the delivery, we would pay. Apparently we didn't do it on their time, because we had, again, SEVEN missed calls from them today. They then proceeded to harass me for my credit card number, saying that what I was doing was "illegal" and "no one would side with me" because I was being "absurd". Did I use inappropriate language? Yes, because I felt as though I was being attacked. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service, or lack their of, that I received and the harassment that I was put through for not giving them my credit card number over the phone. Did we pay? Of course. Would I ever recommend anyone shopping there? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Love this place!!! Very helpful and friendly. Explained all financing options and the process was very pleasant and easy. I recommend anyone to come here!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and at the best price. I highly recommend Perri's Furniture!
