I am extremely disturbed ..I wrote a 25.00 dollar check to the health dept on October 16 of this year and it has NEVER been sent to my bank. I needed a birth certificate Upon calling them I learned they had been too occupied, sick or what ever to send it to my bank. I am going there tomorrow to see if they will give me back the check and I will replace it with cash.. This is an inconvenience to me and I am thoroughly disgusted.
