Established in 1982 by partners Peter J. Pac and Steven M. Faulkner, the firm started servicing Perry Hall and the surrounding communities. The company's reputation for prompt, excellent service at fair prices soon spread. Through the loyal support of friends and neighbors, our company has grown over the last 25+ years. We are now able to offer services to an area, including Baltimore City (north), most of Baltimore County, as well as Harford County.

Had some trouble with my furnace on new years eve..called new years day nd they closed at 12 noon..they came out jan 2nd. (Rapid response time for a person who does not have a service contract for those who dont know.9) which turned out to be loose wiring connection on the induction motor. Technichan named Woody arrived promptly and notified me by phone that he would be arriving within 30 minutes. When he arrived my furnace did not act up and worked properly. Paid the diagnostic fee and was told it was good for 30 days. Sure enough few hours after he left the unit gave out again. I called back in the afternoon and he came back promptly again and isolated the issue within a matter of minutes. He went above and beyond by rushing out to the parts store for a new induction motor and wheel at rush hour with a strong chance of store closing and was able to get the part. Dispacth even called me to inform me that he was stuck in traffic. Woody informed me that the vibration of the furnace operating was causing the connection of the wire to go in and out. Woody walked me through everything he was doing and did not make me feel forced to purchase things I did not need. He did not have a problem with me asking questions related to what he was doing. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND!! VERY PLEASED!! Thank you for all that you do! Mr. Karp

Second time we have used PH Heating and we are very impressed with the customer service when we called and with the technicians they send out. Very friendly, professional, sincere, knowledgeable. Very, very happy with them and we are not necessarily easy to please. We have recommended them to others. Thanks!

I am embarrassed that it has taken me over a yeat to write this review. I cannot say enough positive things about this Perry Hall Heating and A/C (PHHAC) Background. PHHAC had installed by furnace and A/C unit in 2012. I actually had a service contract with another company. In August 2016 my A/C failed on a Sunday. I called the company I had the service contract with and they didn’t get out until Tue and when it was not a routine problem I had to wait until Thursday for another tech to come. On Thurs the tech advised the compressor would need to be replaced and it was best to replace the entire unit and that someone would call later that day to schedule the repair for some time next week!!! Meanwhile, my wife’s 70th birthday party was scheduled for that Saturday. I fired that company on the spot. I then called PHHAC. The first thing they did was to offer me the use of room A/C units until the repair could be made – AWESOME service. They were going to send someone out the same day to evaluate. Instead I decided to go with a replacement unit and PHHAC determined that it would work with my existing furnace. I pled my case about my wife’s pending birthday and PHHAC worked it out and did the install on Friday!!! Honestly, from start to finish, every phone contact, the installers, the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. 5 Star customer service, a great local company.

Great company! Everyone I have encountered has been very helpful, courteous, and professional. From first visit for estimate to installation of new heating and a/c unit and hot water heater five almost six years ago to service providers and office staff, they provide very timely, professional service. I highly recommend this company!

The installation and equipment are great. The customer service and follow up suck. I called to schedule a preventive maintenance check and have my filters changed. They told me they don't carry filters. When I asked what type of filter I should by so that I could change them myself, they couldn't tell my. They did the work! How could they not know what size filter my unit needs?
