I called and made an appointment for service and on the service date no one showed up. I called after waiting about 2 hours and the person who answered claimed they called and tried to leave a voicemail but couldn’t because my mailbox was full. However I had no missed calls and my voicemail box was completely empty.  I even tested the phone to make sure and it worked perfect there’s is just no way it was full as they claimed.  I feel that just saying “sorry we didn’t call you back and that we couldn’t make it today” would be better than lying about it. If you will lie about something as simple as a voicemail who knows what the rest of your ethics are like.
