We store our camper here and we really love the convenience of having our camper so close to where we camp! The owners are very nice! We have never had any issues with someone trying to steal, break in, or vandalize our camper. I would definitely recommend the Perry Landing to any one looking for storage close to Perry lake and the campgrounds at Slough Creek

This review is in response to the last review about the owners being thiefs and the lack of security. We have stored our camper and boat at Perry Landing for the past 3 years and have NEVER had an issue with break ins or theft. (Yes, we have a newer boat and RV) Ken and Lori do the best they can to keep everything secure. As for their help...I do not know him personally, but I can attest that he is a hard worker and helps keep an eye on the area. Ken can be a little short fused, but he is NOT a thief. Lori immediately addresses any concerns and is a true professional. If you are looking for affordable family run storage and campgrounds, Perry Landing is the place.

My 2017 camper was broken in to. I found it with the padlock missing. another trucks outlet for brakes/lights attached to my camper plug.l wires hanging everywhere. Frontdoor bent and bathroom vent broken. One month behind on rent after paying for a full year. And my camper is being stolen/broken into. Coincidence?? Hmmm. I Called big badass Kenny (what a joke) he said make a police report and it's my problem. He even threatened me.. Ok old man rivers. Don't break your hip!! The lady who runs the place warned me of break ins. when I moved my camper thereI should of listened. If you want your camper broken into and then threatened choose this place!! drifters who work seasonal live here. This is not a secure storage facility. There is a reason half the campers there are well over 25 years old and rotting away. Response to owner: I agree no one could fit through the vent. Just the fact it was damaged the same time the padlock was cut off. my trailer plug tampered. Tire chalks removed. Sorry I didn't fully inspect my camper. I guess knowing you guys Are crooks I should of called the police on the spot. Lesson learned . You guys still deny no one tried to steal my camper because there are other campers. That is sound logic.?? Maybe because the rest (90%) of the campers there are rotting away. Besides the ones up front in street view. As you can see from their response they reuse to even attempt to even admit they aren't securing the property. I will move my camper to the c store. Or by rock creek state park. I suggest everyone else stear clear of this crime infested rotting junk yard. Update #2 Found a secure storage place that is gated unlike this place. For less money also!!! Perry landing has no gate or fencing around 90% of the property. They upcharge for the fenced in area they just leave it open and unattended during the day. Perry landing has campers that are literally falling apart (holes in the sides) on their property. They didn't believe I would leave a review as they were cussing me out. Tell ken I said hi and to just relax... happy camping to all!!!! ;) hope I saved some people of having to go through what I went through. Avoid being blamed for damage to your property while being stored on their facilities.... they sent me a bill for June after removing my camper damaged and tampered. Insult to injury....
