It’s an icon for Persian food. Do make reservations as it’s very busy most of the time for dinner. They have a lot of seating area they have space for large gatherings. Food wise the flavors are amazing they have fresh made bread for every table. The yogurt garlic dip has great flavors. Lamb kebabs and chicken kebabs is given with the saffron rice you can always try various other rice varieties as a side. The kebabs are very flavorful cooked to preference. The saffron ice cream is spot on it was not sugary very mellow ice cream.
The food here was amazing! Absolutely wonderful! Savory, large portions with a wide variety of options. The service was moderate. I ordered two appetizers that didn't arrive before the server came to take our order. I mentioned that the apps hadn't come so he took the order and left to get them. A while later, our entrees arrived and still no apps. Also, all business was done at the speed of light...I found it hard to even order wine when I first sat down.
This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is authentic and flavorful. The meats were juicy and tender. The portions are beyond generous. My entree alone is enough for 3 to 4 meals. I will be returning and bringing more friends and family for sure.Food: 5/5
Great experience as usual. Service is really great, if you have questions ask so far no one has given me an issue describing the dishes. The chicken was very dry, we actually sent it back and requested a different cut, it was dry as well. I would say just stay away from the chicken, seems to be consistently dry every time we go. The lamb shank however was melt in your mouth good. The dolmeh and hummus were also very nice.
I tried Persian Room this week for my first time with a friend and was immediately impressed with the vibe of the restaurant. Walking in, the venue felt very authentic and the workers were very nice. Unfortunately, the food took over an hour to come out to us and we had only ordered one combo platter. The server didn’t mention any reason for the wait so we weren’t sure if he forgot to ring it in or if it was for another reason. We ordered a Beef, Chicken, and lamb platter. The beef kebab we ordered was a a ground beef mixed with onions and had a delicious flavor. I would go back for these alone they were so good! The lamb was overly cooked which was disappointing but held a good flavor. The chicken was good, but I’d like to try some different kebabs next time I go.
They say fine dining and I have alittle doubt about it. I came here with friends living in Scottsdale and they recommended this restaurant, so I was exited to invite them because I had a good experience with the Persian Cuisine in the past. The place was crowded when we arrived and we had to wait for 15 minutes which was gone with me. We were seated by the host and we had to wait for more than 5 minutes for the server to show up with the menus. We placed our order which was the Persian appetisers Platter and for the main dish was Persian Room Special. The server left and showed up after 20 minutes with the main dish and when I asked him about the appetisers he got shocked, stuttered and didn't know what to say. He went to the kitchen and came back with an excuse that someone slipped off the ticket by mistake. My temper was about to get out of hand because the table wasn't large enough to accommodate all the food. I told the server appetisers were always made to be served before the main dish and he still did know what to say except SORRY. I tried my best to calm down for the sake of the presence of my friends. The food was tasty no complaints about it and the ambiance was ok , the restaurant is spacious and designed with touches of classical Persian culture. One final thing to say about my experience: the servers seem not to be fast and attentive enough. I have a big doubt to visit this place again although I really loved the food but once it's ruined by poor service then no way to tolerate.
My brother and I had dinner here tonight. It was during the Phoenix open, so it was very busy and we had to wait an hour with no reservation. The food and the service was delicious and excellent. I hope you get to enjoy a nice Persian meal here.Food: 5/5
Our first time visiting after hearing so much about it. It lived up to the great reviews! The food was EXCELLENT! Our wait staff was on point and a couple of good cocktails made for a great evening. We ordered #34 enough for 2 people and hummus. The steak and chicken naderi flavor was outstanding and the Koobideh was very tasty We will be back for sure!
Great service and delicious food! Their platters are huge and great for sharing or having leftovers to go. I ordered the kefte kabob and it was very good! The service is excellent and they are very attentive especially with refilling the bread bowl. Highly recommend coming here!
Great place for authentic Persian food. Large portions worth the price. Got the beef plate this time. Previous visits tried the lamb & chicken, both also very tasty. Gets crowded on weekends, so best to make a reservation first. No beers on tap. Parking: Small parking lot
