Personal Best facilitates the "Bully Guard" program, a school wide solution for proactively dealing with bullying in 29 school districts. Personal Best Karate is more than just a karate studio. Everyone there is extremely kind and ready to help you. From the time you walk in the door to your class you are surrounded by capable and thoughtful employees. I've been with PBK for 6 years and am a second degree black belt. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of it. I've learned so much karate knowledge as well as made new friends and gained a ton of life experience as well. The instructors are extremely competent and friendly and super helpful! Would highly recommend

Personal Best Karate in Medfield is such a great place for kids to learn - not just karate, but gain confidence and have self respect. There's not a lot of activities out there that do that - and this karate school is above and beyond. The staff really cares about their students and works with them to help them succeed.

Enrolling my son in Personal Best Karate in Medfield was one of the best parenting decisions I have ever made.  Through patient guidance and superb instruction, children are exposed to the power and beauty of martial arts as well as being taught important life qualities including accountability, respect and discipline.  Mr. Perez is an incredible teacher, but also an amazing human being.  It is clear through his interactions with his students that he truly cares about each individual and their successes in and out of the studio.  If you are looking for a place for your child to grow physically and emotionally, PBK Medfield is your place.
