Nice workers but very unorganized. Told me to wait an hour / hour and a half for a call back on the status of my loan, went in 3 hours later and waited for 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t know if I had been approved yet and they would call me by 5pm. Called 2 days later and they told me that they had shredded my paperwork and lost my phone number.
