These people are sooo very rude and have an excuse for everything AND don't let you finish a single sentence without them putting their two words in. All they have to do is listen to someones concern and appreciate it but instead they would rather get defensive and rude. Very unprofessional, if you ask me. Oh, and even if you have a grace period you'll still get harassed the day after you'r due date. This Company was great, when I first got involved... I'm pretty sure another Company took over and brought these stuck up women to do the job. Not judging, my opinion. If you need the loan, do it, but stand you'r grounds with these people and make sure you repeat any concerns because they do not listed and obviously don't care. P.S Megan and Terquoya.... learn to listen and respect peoples concerns... hanging up on people is not the answer to professionalism, it's just plan rude and immature, and saying have a nice day right before you hang the phone up doesn't make it any better.  I really hope you'r company reads this review and learn from it. I am more than a nice, respectable and professional  young woman and don't have these issues or ever leave bad reviews but I feel this time it needs to be done so individuals can realize the impression they are leaving for their company.

I had a very good experience with them. They worked well with me when I was having trouble paying them back. And let me pay what I could until my issues were resolved. I would loan from them again.
