Came here just before hurricane Irma hit to store my enclosed trailer and some items we could not fit in our garage. I called prior to coming and told the representative exactly what we planned to store and also that I needed an 8ft garage opening to ensure my trailer would fit. She told me YES, this unit has the larger door opening that is 8ft tall... I drive there and pay for the unit, once they gave me the unit number and code to get in the gate, I quickly found out this was an untruth they told me. I immediately go back in and tell them this will not work, it's a 6ft door... I was told that it would be Monday before all my money would be credited back. I just got the money back today after calling several times at the beginning of the week and finally had to drive back over there to get this done. Well, they then called me and told me that the $15 reservation fee was not gonna be refunded, this was their error not mine. They are thieves whom don't take responsibility for their own faults. Not to mention that this put me in a bad spot when a hurricane was coming. Never use this company.

Very secured and maintained facility where I store my RV. Amy and Andy are true professionals who provide excellent customer service. 10/1/2017 My RV was recently burglarized on property within days after Hurricane Irma pasted. New Resident Manager's could not give an explanation as to how this occurred in what was supposed to be a secured lot. One of the managers was let go and shortly after that, the office and my RV were burglarized. Personal Mini Storage made no effort to compensate me for my losses and instead told me to file a claim with my insurance company, plus charged me the balance of rental fee. I would not recommend this location or company to anyone looking for a storage facility. To my fellow Veterans, look elsewhere.

This Mini Storage location is exceptional. The manager goes over and above to assist the renters. The storage area is exceptionally clean and well managed. Meets our needs for parking our vehicle. Thank you for all you do. Robert and Ellen

Irvin and Jahneen provided my husband and I excellent customer service. The sign up process was really quick and easy. The unit was clean and surrounding areas are really well kept. But what really makes all the difference is the above superior customer service we received from both of them. Good job guys, keep up the good work👍🏻
