Nancy butchered my hair. I never had such a bad cut in my life. She made me believe she was cutting the length even with my brastrap and now my hair barely covers,my shoulders. The front two sides were totally uneven and I had to fix it myself. I told her I didn't want my hair cut short. As she was cutting it she told me don't worry because she was just layering it and the length was still there. Now my hair is totally unmanageable. I only wanted 1-2 inches off and she cut about 4.

The name suits the salon perfectly. You really do get the Personal Touch when you come here. The shop has a beautiful view of Cedar Lake, and is easy to find. Nancy is a wonderful artist, and can improve your look.
