Kathy is very good! I don't have many people cut my hair, but I feel comfortable with Kathy. She's the only one, besides myself who touches my hair.

Exceptional service and quality. A warm, friendly and personable hair salon.  Open year-round, and the perfect place for a shore cut, color or perm. Kathy (owner) is an excellent hairdresser, and her attention-to-detail is why her customers keep coming back year after year. My husband, Greg, loves her cuts too! We highly recommend her and Personal Touch for all your hairdressing needs!!

Kathy is AMAZING!  She fixed my hair which was way over-processed and damaged.  Colored, conditioned and cut it and it looks the best it ever has. Thanks,Kathy!  I'm from philly but I'll be back for sure...
