Really sad about this review. We’ve been going to these guys for a few years the first car we ever brought to them the bust the antenna 3 years ago. It was a mistake and the employees were helpful. We gave them another try and haven’t had any problems with them until today. Today I brought my car in for a wash and when I got home noticed very bad scratches all over the trunk and drivers side. I called and voiced my concerns and said I wanted to cancel my membership. I was asked to text through photos of the trunk which I did. When I called back they said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if maybe they could try and buff them out to which I was told he’s talk to his boss but didn’t think they could do anything for me. Such a shame.

They have great deals and can go trough as many times as you want for ss low as 20.00 a month.

I bought the unlimited monthly car wash deal for the top of the line wash, the platinum I think its called. Today I took my Durango through for the first time and it came out terrible! Half the car still had road grime on it and the parts that were washed - was left with grit and/or water spots on it. The wheels were barely even washed, and you could see where the cloth brushes just passed over them. I am canceling this monthly deal I bought and suggest you pick another car wash business too. I did take some pictures but I don't see how to attach them. Spray washing it myself in one of the open bays (most car wash places have) would have done a better job!
