I’ve shopped here in the past and always had a decent experience. My recent trip was an epic fail.  I explained that I wanted an attractive bra and not some orthopedic bra that looked like it came from the medical supply store. We found two that fit well and one was pretty and the other NOT. She wrote up tickets for both and I asked her why she said it was to keep on file because it was a good fit. It seemed fair enough until the ugly bra arrived at my house and was charged to my card. I called the store and offered to bring it. She apologized for the error said she would order the correct bra and I could exchange at that time. 2 1/2 mos later I am still waiting, no new pretty bra, no courtesy call from the store, no frequenting this establishment ever again!!!!😡☹️🤬

I have been buying bras from PY exclusively for 15 years or more. Let me say that shopping here is one of the most relaxing clothing experiences. I find I carve out a longer time for shopping so I can chit chat with the ladies.  I exclusively buy my bras, nightwear, and bathing suits at this store because they know my size, favorite styles, and don't pressure me into buying anything that I am not comfortable in. I also love the old school vibe of the store. It feels like I'm walking into the wand scene out of Harry Potter. Bins of bras, panties, and bustiers all in hand labeled bins and curtained off changing rooms where all the magic happens. The ladies (staff) are helpful, friendly and best of all know exactly where all of the inventory is located/or if it needs to be ordered.  Also when ordering bras that are not in stock, you don't have to wait very long for orders to come in. They also give great advice to help you maintain the life of your bras. I find that if you pay for amazing quality you will never be disappointed.

Best place ever! You think you have the right size bra until they fit you and it is pure heaven.   They are always professional and helpful.

I have been shopping at Personally Yours for over 10 years. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They make an awkward situation manageable. I refer friends and family there all the time. Thank you Personally Yours!

Love the store and the PERSONAL attention you get.  Will ONLY go there for my bras. 
(And other items too). My bras fit great and last long too.
