This place is beautiful. I stayed overnight after my wedding. We were treated to a surprise bottle of champagne when we arrived back to our room. The breakfast was amazing. It was homemade and fresh and tasted delicious... Definitely get the French toast. They also have a beautiful garden where we took our wedding photos. The staff is extremely friendly. Because the Manor is relatively small it doesn't feel like you are in a hotel. It feels like you are at home. We will definitely be back here next time we are in Perth. Maybe for our anniversary.

I recently stayed one night at Perth Manor Boutique Hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The place is beautiful, a balloon had been put in our room which was kind. We were exhausted for various reasons so went for a nap only to be awakened by a knock at the door. I had forgotten the, "do not disturb sign." It was the owner bringing ice in a bucket. I guess I had just figured if I wanted ice, I would ask for it. Though she saw I had been sleeping;I was in a nightdress; she had me bring the empty bucket to her. Later she apologised and I said, "I forgave her" but I figure if you're there for less than 24 hours, and pay enough bucks, leave people alone unless they ask. Though we had closed the doors to the sunroom to keep the room cooler, it would have been nice to know that the thermostat was independent. We discovered this after tossing for a few hours in the night, being too warm. The breakfast was delicious. Correct these glitches and it could have been a five.

What an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Welcoming from the initial phone call inquiry to the farewell at the door. The pros: The room we stayed in had a super comfortable king-sized bed, beautiful frescos and high ceilings. Loved the fact they paid attention to the little details, including leaving wrapped ear plugs in the bathrooms (in case one came with a snorer in tow, which I did ;-)) The pros, continued (because no, there are no cons here, folks): Beautiful view of the garden from room. Spotless white bathroom with fresh towels. Working TV with sharp picture. Free wi-fi that worked like a charm. Lots of lovely lamps. Beautiful rich-looking bedding. Last but not least a VERY delicious breakfast served in a beautiful dining area (be sure to check out all the stunning chandeliers). Good coffee. Bacon cooked to perfection. Fresh eggs. This place has good vibes, is visually stunning and has THE friendliest, warmest hosts you could hope to encounter. To the point where yes, you'll want to hang out with them. Thanks to you both for an amazing stay. I refer to your beautiful inn, affectionately as "Saviour Manor" (this in reference to the circumstances from which my partner and I were fleeing). If we're ever in Perth again we'll be sure to stay there and I'm recommending you to friends and family wholeheartedly. :-)

Just lovely. I was traveling for business and this little gem was a nice break from chain hotels. Freindly, accommodating, and comfortable! I would absolutely stay here again given the chance!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer! Hotel is delightful, food is delicious & service is exceptional.
