i had been to the store twice for my dog food brand was told a delivery would be in the next day on the first visit. On the 2nd visit I was told "shipment got messed up" but the clerk called another store to see if they had my brand and size I was wanting. She said she worked the afternoon shift the next day but would pick up the bag and have it there tomorrow. She took my number said she would call. Well today was that day no call now it's after 3pm so I ran by the store dog food not there she had a coworker explain other store was closed when she went there the day before (Sunday). I feel that she should have picked it up on her way to work as the store would have been open. The fact that she didn't bother to call to tell me she didn't get it was very rude. You tell a customer that you will do something DO IT!

there are some off the wall reviews on Google. I have shopped at Pet Club for 4 years and at 2 locations in Casa Grande. The service has varied at times from knowledgeable to uneducated guessing but that is normal for me. I buy Equine items and information is often opinionated or not given by the supplier. With that said; recently the hay prices dropped to $10.99 alfalfa and $11.99 for grass hay. These are nice heavy 3 string bales. The manager was there and I got the impression he would have loaded it himself if no one else was available. I use Lakin Mills pellets and Pet Club is the only store in town that carries them. So, prices were great, the service (not worried about a cashier (she was great too) was perfect. No broken or stressed bags of pellets and all hay was tightly strung with twine. I did not have to wait and no one dropped a heavy forklift onto my truck, I also learned that they will deliver if you give them notice. So whoever wrote reviews about service etc. can probably find a store where high maintenance customers are more welcome. For the equine shopper, this place is stepping up.
