Very unhappy with this place. We boared our dogs on a Saturday and they quoted us for that night $20 per dog. Well after I drop the dogs off and on my way out of town a couple hours later my husband gets a call saying they quoted us wrong and it we would he charged 2 nights instead of one. We dropped off on saturday and picking up sunday at 5. Our dogs did not stay Sunday night but they are wanting  to charge us an extra $40 because they count Sunday as a full day but only give options to pick up the dogs between 4-6 On Sunday. I called today and said I didn't think it was fair because it was their fault for quoting was wrong to begin with. I said if they would give an earlier time on Sunday to pick up we would of been there but they don't have that option and also they said even if they had an earlier time it would still count as 2 full days. She didn't offer any kind of accommodation for their mistake and just called it a unfortunate situation.  I do not recommend this place at all. Very unhonest and poor customer service.

Ive been bringing my furbabies to Dr..Sanders and his staff for 7 years.  They treat us all like family.  I cannot imagine trusting the love and care of my puppies to anyone else.
