Wonderful staff. They remember me and the dog. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. They all seem yo love the animals and their jobs. They have a wonderful selection of dog food and treats. The place is always pristine even though dogs are in and out all day. The only annoying part is paying for parking in Burlingame. 
I took my brand new rescue there for food and they helped me bathe him free of charge so I could try it out.

I love the people here. They're helpful and informed. My dog is a picky eater and they've always been accommodating to finding the right food for her.

Friendly service and good selection. Places like this make chores more enjoyable. Picking up the pet food is not a drag :)
