A little pricier than a grocery store for pet food, but they have much more variety, if you have more specialized needs. It's laid out in a way that makes more sense to me to see the options available, than a Wal-Mart but It looks less-loved than a place like Petsmart, which I'd mostly attribute to age and less-deep pockets for start-up funding.

Love mom and pop shops. This place has decent products... but staff seems bothered to help. I was interested in purchasing a rabbit. I asked to hold it outside the cage to see the temperament and I was told this wasn't allowed. I had to purchase it first. I am not going to adopt a pet that i cannot hold first... how will I check if it's healthy up close? How will I know if it's a biter? I thought that was very rude to be denied my request... especially because store was dead.

Poor customer service, not very friendly.. employees spent whole time on their phones..
