Every company charges a warranty processing fee of $50.00. We were an invisible fence customer and found that they and all companies charge a warranty processing fee of $50.00 even though your equipment is under warranty.  The difference with these companies are the service end of the business. We were getting poor service so we changed over to the Pet Stop fence system and found that the products were similar but the service end of the business was top notch and much better than other companies we have used in the past especially when you need it. People need to read and understand the contract they sign when purchasing a system from any company because the warranty processing fee is in the contract they sign and it was for us.

Do not buy a pet stop fence! My family used pet stop for years with no issues in a different location, but since moving and installing their system in my new home, I have had almost constant issues with the collars breaking. This should not be an issue since they are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, however they have started charging a $50 processing fee whenever you need a repair. My collars break at least once a year, so this can get very annoying. Try a different company or a real fence, these aren't worth the hassle.
