I have been going to Pet Supplies Plus for many years. Great store, great service, and great prices. Definitely the best quality, largest selection and reasonable prices for pet supplies in the city. I wanted to take a second to commend Kamali, one of sales associates at this location, for her work. She is a tremendous addition to the team and is always professional, dedicated, and accommodating. She always makes my experience that much better!

Really displeased with the condition of the reptile section.. the ball pythons in particular. Ive come in this store twice within the last week and both times their water bowls were bone dry, and their enclosurements unkept, Poor little guys.

I bought the 5 for $25 dog bath pass. The water was freezing, and the associate had no idea how to make it warmer. Some of the associates are extremely nice, but none have any knowledge about which dog foods to suggest. Half the time, there is one employee  restocking, no one at the front desk, and two or three standing around on their phones.

Have gone here 2 separate occasions and have been disappointed both times. Customer service is lacking in general and they don't ever have what I need... will have to stick with the other pet stores that always seem to have what I need.

Great place for picking up supplies if you own dogs, cats, fish, or hermit crabs. The staff has great service but is really hit or miss on knowledge. I've had some questions answered beyond my own scope of knowledge and I've also had to correct staff on misinformation given to customers (for example, you can't keep male and female betta fish together, nor should you house two males together so long as there's a divider in the tank).
