My experience was buying a pair of guinea pigs and very positive. The person who assisted me was a pet owner and animal lover who was very experienced and sexed the piggies. She asked questions without being intrusive to ensure they would be cared for in their new home. Made sure I have everything needed without a pushy up-sell. The price was reasonable without being so low you worry about their care, you know what I mean. She was very kind and handled my new pets well. Upon payment, I was able to leave the animals there for a couple of days in their care while I prepare their home. The only downside for some may be that I had to ask for assistance. In my case that is preferable as I prefer to look first, and everyone seems happy to help when you are ready.

A little pricey but great selection of pet products. Great service too.

Great selection but everything in the store can be found elsewhere cheaper. Check Amazon before buying things here you will definitely save yourself some money.

Staff there are friendly and knowledgeable.  They are very good and helping and always good at answering questions.
