A wide variety of pet food and products at competitive prices. I can always find my cats' favorite food and toys here. Good sales and monthly email coupons for members, which is free to sign up. Emails let you know when your preferred brands and items are on sale. Friendly, helpful but not pushy store associates. A major plus for me is that they do not sell kittens or puppies. They sometimes let animal adoption groups hold special events, which I support.

The store is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I do not shop here often though, because the prices are so high. It's really quite pricey and most of what they sell can be acquired elsewhere for cheaper. It is a cute little store though.

Very organized, always clean and friendly and helpful employees. They have a good selection of cat supplies which is what I shop for. I do wish that they had better and more frequent coupons.

The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and are very friendly. I like the self serve dog washing area. Although I've never used the groomers I've seen dogs that have and they look great. Clean store also. My kids like to look at any adoptable cats there. Overall good store.

clean, well stocked with an abundance of needs for your fur-babies and pets of all kinds... Anything you could possibly think of is contained in this store. The staff is exceptional and while I was visiting they attended to three disorderly rude teenagers that were blowing an air horn off in the store scaring the animals. The teens were promptly escorted out of the store.
