Has the same supplies as other shops but for a better price. The staff is very friendly and understanding and returns are easy.

The customer service at this location exceeds expectation every time.  
This current time (3/14/2017 at 16:14) I had the pleasure of meeting Elmer as he was the cashier.
I have shared parenting with my dog (Gunner) and I intended on dropping him off a few hours prior.  This resulted in not having a food dish on me nor food to eat.  Elmer was kind enough to allow my furry kid to eat his dinner in the warmth of the store prior to leaving.  This is the kind of gesture that makes me drive out of my way to go to this store.  I wish I had left reviews for the others that have assisted me.  To the best of my knowledge, I believe her name was Jen or Jennifer.  
It can't just be a coincidence that I meet both your best employees.  This establishes a pattern of phenomenal hiring or a great training program established my management.
Either way, both were delightful individuals that guarantee all my future supply purchase will be here.

I thank you multiple experiences that exceeded my expectations and gave me a "wow" experience that I will be sure to share.

Nate at the Fairview Park store is truly an asset to have when I'm shopping! I went in for new food for our puppy and he personally walked me through the store and helped me pick exactly what I wanted and needed! From peanut butter to Merrick food to toys, he helped me do it all! Very appreciative! Great store! Very clean and incredibly helpful and friendly staff!

Diappointed 3months in row went there to purchase bird seed. And snacks they never have sandcovers for long sticks for perch
