I have been a customer since July and go in a minimum of once a week. The staff is wonderful - helpful and friendly. Their groomers are terrific. Their prices are a little high, so I go there for specific items because the convenience is worth it.

I got a really great deal on my 10 gallon tetra glow tank here! Bought my neon tetras, shrimp and frog here. The frog is actually an African clawed frog but they only sell African dwarf frogs, and aren’t aware of the difference (dwarfs don’t grow as big as the African clawed frogs and all feet are webbed, unliked the front feet of the clawed. African clawed frogs are also illegal in many states, but fortunately not Ohio.) I LOVE my fish tank, fish, and especially my frog. The people are kind but seem understaffed. You need to allow extra time if you want fish as it seems to take them a while to get them. Overall I love the prices and the service, but I hate that they don’t seem to ever have enough people working and no one really knows much about the fish. In fact, I once waited a whole MONTH for fish to go back on sale because the tanks had some unfriendly disease or something which caused a lot of poor fish deaths. They could work on these things.

Great for some supplies. Nice selection of products.  Has smaller pets in stock, but each time I come, no cats or dogs.  Prices seem reasonable and the staff was friendly.  Unless you have something you can only get at primary, his is a much closer alternative.

Pet grooming has seemed to be understaffed but the staff on site is always friendly and accommodating. Self wash station is great and I highly recommend the 10 pass card!

went in for the dog wash. advertised as having everything you need (shampoo, towels, etc). there was no shampoo. when the clerk was notified, she was not at all helpful. ended up buying shampoo on top of the cost of the wash. not going back.
