I brought my dog to get a trim and bathed on 12/2/17. He is going to be in our family Christmas pictures so I wanted him looking silky and trimmed. When we arrived we were asked what kind of cut we want for our 11 month Yorkie. I said I didn't want his hair any shorter just clean up and I asked she not cut his whiskers off. I also let her know we are growing the top of his hair out so we can put it in a top knot. She said okay and that she would call us when he was ready to be picked up. When we arrive to pick him up I thought she had brought out the wrong dog! He was shaved down EVERY WHERE. They cut his whiskers and all the hair on the top of his head and he was much much shorter than when he arrived. Not to mention they left chunks of hair that were completely missed, i had to cut when he got home. I was in shock! My dog is my baby and I couldn't believe they DID NOT listen to a thing I said. Why even ask the customer how you want the animals hair cut if your just going to buzz him down to one length??? I will NEVER bring my Yorkie back here

PSP no longer will trim the nails of anything but dogs. I used to buy all of my rabbit supplies locally and get their nails trimmed there as well. I will no longer shop here until they decide to be a better service to a wider range of pet owers.

They have almost every premium dog food and a good variety of each. Much better and cleaner then it was ten years ago. 
Better quality foods then the two "P" box stores.
Prices are goods, they offer a price match if you find it lower. 
Great selection of shampoos, flea and tick preventative, Nature's Miracle floor cleaner and similar.
Wire crates and dog beds in a range from a rat sized dog to a Large dog (100-120lbs).
Plethora of treats and toys.
I'm impressed and will travel the extra 5 min. before going to one of the forementioned stores. 
As far as cat stuff, no clue, not a cat person.

Amazing customer service, grab and go Carry out service ( you don't even have to ask). Amazing selection on all critter food. They have their own line of dog food , Redford Naturals, comparable to blue and other high end dog foods and a convenient, affordable price. Terrific groomers!
