They have made a loyal customer of me. The staff is so very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff really helped me out with tips when my puppy was refusing to eat. They even gave me a ton of samples to find a food he enjoyed. Professional grooming services available. Self serve dog wash $10 with shampoo, towels, blow dryer and doggy perfume available. My pup loves coming in and getting a bath and free treats.

The best pet store in Richmond....I bathe my golden doodle Bryan there and the staff is top notch.  They are friendly, knowledgeable and hard workers.  I recommend this store to all:)

Best of the best customer service at this location. Every time I go here every single employee is extremely friendly and helpful! The self service dog wash they have is the greatest idea ever! I use this service at least once a month since I tried it from Groupon.

Love love LOVE Pet Valu!!!! Awesome employees at both Willow Lawn and Short Pump locations!! Gotta give the edge to Willow Lawn because they have items in their dog wash that Short Pump doesn't.
