The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, I always come here just for the customer service and sometimes just to see Charles the store mascot. They have a wide selection, and if you can't find what your looking for the staff is always there to give recommendations. Been coming here for over 4 years and always recommend my friends come here.

The owners and staff are really easy to talk to and the Groomer is really friendly and does a really good job with the dogs. I take my girl their as Wendy treats her like a queen.

Always kind of liked this place and when the did the Reno work I liked it even more. I'm sad I don't see as many guinea pigs but at the same time I can't buy them all. But they're so cute and hard to resist! The staff have always been great and I, oddly enough, find myself chatting with them at the till. I love the store cat and the others they have either in their kennel cages or roaming about. If the counter is a bit busy it's a fine excuse to find a cat to pet. I've also been able to find the products I want or need without issue. Some of the staff usually have helpful tips and info that can help me if I'm stuck on what to do.

Sandy and Craig are awesome people and it shows in how they run their stores. Great customer service, and lots of treats for the pets that visit!
