Very friendly and helpful staff.  Can find some great deals especially when they have Sales.  Much nicer place to go than the larger chains!  They are small enough to get to know their customers and cater to their needs.

Very cute boutique type pet store. Can be a bit pricey but they do have coupons. They have a do it yourself dog bath area and carry quite a bit of accessories that aren't found in chain stores. Customer service is great here and they're very helpful!
