Passionate about animals and owners. Helped us pick out a toy for our new pup. Fell in love with the pup the moment we walked in. Friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Would definitely make Pet Valu my go to store for pet supplies.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They always get you as soon as you go through the door. Lots of great products there are well. Best of all they almost always have cats or kittens there to pet. They are up for adoption but you can go visit them and give them some love.

Had exactly what I was looking for and didn't give me a hassle about holding it for me (called ahead). I got to cuddle an adorable kitten while I was being cashed out too.

Great selection of quality products and amazing staff filled with knowledge.  Best of all the staff are fun friendly and caring, they treat you like you're part of the family and bend over backwards to help.
