This is the only groomer in this area that is capable of grooming my long haired GSD. They always do an amazing job!

Went in for a grooming, came out with a bleeding toenail. Nail was cut way too short. Bled for hours. Had to take to vet. Will not be going back.

I called for an appointment to get only the hair on my dog's face trimmed and I was told it would still be the same price as a full grooming.  That doesn't seem quite honest.
