So I ordered flowers from 1800flowers on Thursday Oct. 26th being told there would be no issue. On my anniversary on Nov 1st at 12:30 I was told they couldn’t guarantee delivery on time so I had to cancel. I call this shop up and tell them my predicament and they got flowers to my wife at an affordable price within an hour and a half. The wonderful customer service from the lady I talked to on the phone was fantastic. I will only order from this shop from now on. Thank you for saving the day!

I don't even know where to begin. A month ago I wrote a review in response to unfair and unethical business practices from the owner I became aware of. Among many other things, this included purchasing arrangements from other floral shops and selling them for a higher price. Today I received a phone call from the owner threatening me to remove the negative post from their google page. Her words exactly were "If you want to start war, we can start war". To be threatened by a business owner is disgraceful and honestly terrifying. I REPEAT, take your money elsewhere. You'll save a few dollars and avoid the risk of being threatened.

Excellent quality and the employees take time to work with you and find the best arrangement. Lots of things ready to go if you are in a hurry too.
