Bought a rose asst for 32nd anniversary. Wife loves the arrangement and i appreciate the delivery being made on time. Excellent!

Haven't seen flowers yet.  Ordered on-line and picked a delivery day that was available.  Flowers were not delivered.  Called next morning and was told there were not suppose to be anymore orders taken for delivery that day, I told her I had ordered on line.  She took my number and said she'd check and call me right back.  I called back over an hour later and she made the comment again about it couldn't have gone out the day before but was on for delivery today.  And she never apologized for the mix up or not calling me back.  I know they are busy but when you tell a customer you will let them know something you should call them back.  It took less than 2 minutes to let me know.

Being new in the area I was excited to use Petals Plus as my florist, they have beautiful flowers at great prices.  I had flowers delivered almost a week ago and they still look as nice as the day they were delivered.  Thanks!!
