I had my wisdom teeth extracted and they had taken very good care of me. My experience was satisfactory and i had very little pain. The operation was only 50 minutes. They were quick and clean.

Had a great experience. Needed a tooth in ASAP and they were able to squeeze me in. The waiting room is super nice with good music and actual current magazines galore. My doctor, I wish I could remember his name, was just so... cool. Calm, in control. It was like getting dental work from Jim from The Office. I was in and out and then operation was painless. Reasonably priced as far as insuranceless extractions go. I wanna go back just to hang out.

My recent experience with Dr. Allen and his staff was very dissatisfactoy. Dr. Allen's staff were very unorganized, unprofessional and unhelpful. There were issues with insurance preauthorization that needed to be resolved in order for my daughter to receive a wisdom tooth extraction. The staff did not work with the insurance company or the referring dentist to resolve the issue and actually refused my daughter treatment. I was astounded and feel their behaviour was highly unethical. Luckily, I found another local office who helped us out and made the process very easy... as it should have been. I would not recommend their office to anyone.
