I have read the negative reviews on here and have to say than in nearly 3 years of working with PetCareRx, that I've never experienced any of these issues.  Order is always correct and with no hidden costs.  My only advice is to order your meds with AT LEAST 2 weeks lead time as they are not the fastest in shipping unless you pay to rush, but with adequate planning you won't need to pay the extra.

Do not use this company, they work with a very shady membership company called PetPlus LLC  which will charge you without notification for "membership fees". The company hopes you never notice as a part of their business model. PetCareRX needs to stop doing business with this company, but knowingly works with them.

I never rate companies but I am so mad about what happened. I used a promo code that stated nowhere that it was a membership fee for $50. So here I was thinking I was getting a deal by getting 20% off with a promo code on a $13 order and then got charged a separate charge of  $50!!!! I called my credit card company to disputes this. Very deceptive company and advertising. Will never order from them again.

Excellent experience with this company.  
The price for my elderly dogs medication was the lowest around and it was shipped in a timely manner.  I didn't have a problem with renewing it but unfortunately I had to cancel my order because my poor dog passed on.  I called their customer service number and they couldn't have been nicer to me.  I would definitely use them again.

People deserve a second chance. I gave it, they blew it.
Why deal with people who won't take responsibility for their own mistakes?
Miscommunications and inflexible customer service make them chumps!
