I was forced to come here for a few years until the Petsmart opened up which was a blessing but  over this time I have never witnessed so poorly kept animals I have gone to the reptile section and see LITRERALLY SHRIVELED up bearded dragons and leopard geckos twitching as they make there last breaths
now let's go to the avian (bird) section with I see multiple cases again of neglect with broken tail feathers which can lead to blood feathers which can later turn into some big issues on a little bird that weighs 18-40g
let's go to the insects that we are sypsupposedly to feed our animals I have gotten crickets (half of the bag which the crickets were dead and I hadn't reallowed till I got home) I also have gotten super mealworms and the whole container be dead with the worms rotting inside and as soon as I open it my whole living room and kitchen reak to high heaven which I threw away because I refuse to feed that to my unconditionally loved bearded Dragon of almost 2 years.
I also bought a parakeet for my mother as a present and well from the get go the bird was just too.... calm and was extremly clingy like wouldn't let go of the cage railing or neither would even try to bite me as I was try to teach her to step-up on my finger well she ended up passing away a week after I got her and it broke my mothers heart and the soIe purpose was to help her cope with her depression because she like I believe animals/pets come before even humans and yes... I will eat meat I'm not a vegitarian btw so I'm unbiased on this

I also have gotten gifts of parakeets which I'm highly informed on as well as bearded dragons so it isn't through my stupidity and also sicknesses can be with a bird for 3 months before it passes which is basically the case that happened and I've had 2 parakeets now pass away in a year's span.

This place sickens me with disscust

Very helpful, informative and friendly staff.  Tons of products, the store is nicely organized.  We got a parakeet for my grand daughters birthday and it was a nice healthy bird and the store employee helped us to find everything we were looking for in that section of the store.  Animal cages are clean and tidy.  The only draw back is that there is always a long line and just one register open.

The cashier Laura was Rude! I walked to the front of the store to ask the cashier two separate times to please page someone to assist me with the Rats and she rudely told me she would when she gets the chance. Needless to say she never paged anyone so I had to walk the store to find someone myself.

Went there for grooming and this was the 2nd time they told me my dog was slobbering. When I picked him up they said he had soap/fur in his eye. One of his eyes was completely shut. Days later he finally opened his eyes. You can see where his cornea is now damaged. I was not told what happened. Will never take any dog there for grooming ever.
