Good stock of supplies for most pets. A few great staff mixed with the regular folk. Bring your pets, because they're welcome. Friendly atmosphere but medium to high prices.

Set up an appointment a week in advance for grooming. When I went in, they claimed they had no record of me, my dog, or my appointment. There were no other animals in the facility and three groomers sitting there. It appeared they just didn’t want to work so they told me to I should try and set up another appointment some other time. Mind you, this is all happening while standing at the counter with my dog at the first appointment time and date. Unreal. Be careful with your animals.

Nice Store, Clean & employees r very helpful. They have an adoption program. They have clinics obedience etc. They have a grooming studio. Right now they're having Pictures with Santa.

Bought a fish that even made the cashier wonder if it would live. I should have just not taken it after the clerk bagged it but I did. Whatever was wrong with it in 3 days it was dead and my fish I had for over a year!
