Clean store with friendly staff! I've never had a bad experience here. Yesterday I bought some fish and the woman who helped me (I think her name was Shay?) was very helpful and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the needs of the different fish that they had and clearly cared about all of the animals in her care.

I’d give this a zero star if i could. Purchased an item 11-29 and it stopped working. Couldn’t find my receipt but had a printed bank statement with the product, and the lady at petco called ME stupid, AFTER their customer service said i could exchange. I wasn’t looking to get my money back, just exchange it for the same item. What a rip. I told three people about it on my way out of the store, 2 of them left. Do not go there!!!! They will belittle you

LOVE this store! Friendly, helpful staff and good variety of products! All natural foods, treats, and chews that my dogs love, at affordable prices. I also had my corgi/husky mix groomed by Kat and she did such a fantastic job! I'm so pleased and my dog is so happy!

Horrible service, every time we go in to get some fish, we wait forever for help,  or waiting out turn to get fish and the person getting fish make eye contact and once they finish helping others before us  just takes off to finish cleaning reptiles tanks.. we still try and give them the benefit of the doubt but still have a hard time getting any help.

We stopped last night to grab some vitamins.  My daughter came out in tears.  When she was in there she stopped to look at the beta fish.  There were a few that where in obvious distress.  She asked about a price on the one that was near death.  The salesperson named Shailynn said 19.99.  As my daughter checked out, Shailynn remarked to another salesperson that they had fun that day because another salesperson was throwing the beta fish on the floor. And she laughed and laughed.   These are the caliber of people caring for animals at Petco??? Really???
