Whatever you do, don't take your pet to the Biloxi store. I took my dog there to be groomed and when my daughter went to pick her up she was severely lamed, and they clipped her nail too short. Turns out, that I had to spend $3000.00 dollars for my pet to have leg surgery, too which they would not admit fault. The staff is incompetent,not well trained and just don't care. I think my vet is part owner, how ironic huh?!!!!

I brought my dog to Petco in Biloxi and they over cut her nails. She ended up going to the vet hospital because two of her nails were cut at the vein.  After consulting with the vet, it was diagnosed that all her paws had nails that were substantially over cut.   Please be wary of grooming your pets here.  Some groomers (e.g. Bryant) either don't care or not trained properly. Heed caution and stay away!

Clerk rude in grooming section will NEVER shoot there again. Petsmart. Is better by far
