I called to ask a grooming question and was quickly answered with a NO. The woman on the phone was so short and abrasive. After answering NO, she asked me, “okay”? As in am I done asking questions so she could go about her day. Such horrible customer service.

The store is brand new and fully stocked with livestock and pet supplies. Unfortunately they no longer carry the one dog food I buy (Solid Gold Fit and Fabulous)
We like to take our grandson to Birds by Joy for fantastic birds and Ocean Gallery for marine fish and corals and now we can add PetCo for wonderful reptile - so much more convenient than the Bronx Zoo.
