I have a history of generally negative experiences with various Petco locations in the past, but this particular store continues to blow away my expectations and provide me with some of the best customer service ever. I wanted to start a new 5 gal. aquarium and purchased the majority of my supplies here, all of the decor and gravel with the exception of the tank itself which I bought elsewhere. The employee who helped me was very friendly and made my whole experience quite pleasant. And the price I paid for all of the items was also very reasonable. 

Once my tank had cycled, I set out looking for a betta. I first went to the Petsmart near my apartment which had horribly ill looking fish. Next, I tried the local pet store near my work which had slightly healthier looking fish but lacked any variety and still had a handful of dead ones. This Petco was my last stop, and to my wonderful surprise, the bettas here are amazing! They are exceptionally healthy and colorful, and wow! What a variety of tails, colors and patterns! I found the perfect companion who, 4 months later, is still feisty and active as ever.

I highly recommend this Petco for their product variety, price and most of all quality. The employees also make you feel like your time is worthwhile and, at least with my experiences, are happy to go out of their way to answer your questions. I will definitely continue to shop at this location and encourage other pet owners in the area to do the same.

when someone pays for a dog training class people cant cut through it to look at the cats for adoption unless they're adopting a cat and have set it up with the rescue but otherwise when someone PAYS for a dog training class it wont be interrupted just for people who want to browse cats and cat beds. i think thats understandable since i wouldnt want to waste good money just so people can look at things they dont plan on buying. these workers are awesome! shout out to BROOKE SEAN DANA and HAYDEN!

I've been going to this Petco since we got our pup last year! She always comes back smelling, and looking great! I've never had an issue with them. Reasonable prices & great staff!

Petco is expensive. They do not offer a lot and no customer service.

Tried to look at adoptions for cats and kittens but it was completely blocked by a dog training session. We tried to get an employees attention so we could get through to see the cats but no one helped us. We waited around 15 minutes to see if the session would end but it didn't and the employees continued to ignore us as we waited to see their adoptions so eventually we just left. Very inefficient and unprofessional.
