One of the cashiers by the name of Curtis,I believe that is how you spell his name was so very helpful and when out of his way to help us claim our rewards by manually entering each digit even though we had way more then one reward to be applied to our purchase, he was very nice for doing that for me and had such nice customer service skills. If I could give a half star I would. I called to find out information about dog grooming. I was told NO appointments then I was told NO appointments available EVER! I knew it was a mistake to call a chain for dog grooming but I was desperate. Customer service skills here SUCK! So if they can't answer a phone properly or generate business than i advise all to stick to local SMALL business. Found a groomer locally. Thanks petco for reminding me never to do business with u.

We arrived to pick up my dog from the groomers. We were not happy when we were checking our dog. We noticed some spots that were not matching, his face it looked like they just grabbed a pair of scissors and just chopped it off it was uneven also his tail it just looked like the groomer gave up. When we addressed this the lady with the orange hair said "its not science to cut dog hair all dogs are the same" my cousin said that it doesnt come to show because one side of his hair was longer than the other side and they were trying to cover it up. Then she got red and said "Human hair is not the same as dog hair I would know because I was a hairstylist before I became a groomer", which does not show. She had attitude when we wanted her to fix the problem as she was going to the back she pushed the door open with extreme force also for the price that they charge they should have someone that know how to cut YORKIE hair. Also not talk back to CUSTOMERS that are trying to get the best out of their dog. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THE PETCO IN REVERE !!!!!

I have been randomly coming in here since it opened and I've had great luck with their freshwater fish. Then today I popped in just to see what they had and there we're at least a dozen dead and many dyeing fish.  I've always found the service lacking but I'm not new to the hobby so, I really don't need too much help. However, when the first employee you see is a knucklehead with pink hair, I'll pass. The other Petco's in the area have much friendlier and acceptable looking employees. Is there no dress code or care for the animals...really what happened here?
