Usually is a great place to shop, and most of the staff is generally quite helpful and nice. But one employee is the rudest person I have ever dealt with there. If you ever have to deal with Barbra,  ask to speak to someone else; she is rude and acts as if speaking to you is not worth her time. Definitely not representative of Petco.

Bought a guinea pig a few months back for companionship only to find that he was sold to me sick- he passed away only 3 days after I got him. I was so devestated my mom had to call the store on my behalf and if she hadn't called them I wouldn't have been nearly assertive enough and would've never gotten my money back. ADOPT INSTEAD OF BUYING!!

This petco is clean, organized but understaffed. I spent most of my time there standing in departments waiting for assistance.
