A very small Petco in comparison to others so don't go in expecting them to have every item your looking for. Also because of the size and not having a vet on property. They do not offer prescription animal food. Because of this i have to go elsewhere. Also there raw food diets for cats very extremely Limited. Like I said it's a small store so don't have high expectations. The staff is very knowledgeable and useful when needed to direct you to find items but as for asking them questions about your pets you're better to look on the internet and find your information on your own. I'm sure some of the staff is very knowledgeable in aspects of different animals. But from the ones I've asked for questions so far it's been useless. Definite point on trying though.

Called in to ask questions about buying a bearded dragon before buying it.... 

After asking if two of them would get along in one cage and how big the one they had were ... employee doesn’t 1.) offer to transfer call to someone who may know the answer 2.) asks around for the answer 3.) I’m calling a place that sells pets shouldn’t they know the answers to the pets they are selling..??? 

She rudely and sarcastically says ...

“I would definitely do more research if I were you before buying them..”

Yeah I think that’s why I called...thanks for the help!

Completely terrible service and rude customer service. I brought in my Vaccination certificate and they denied the dog because it didn't have an expiration date. The manager of the salon treated my wife with an extreme attitude and was completely unprofessional. I called back after the fact to let them know that this was a terrible experience and I will not be taking my animal there again. for anyone who loves their pets like children don't trust them with your pet. The manager told my wife that I was stupid. It was completely inappropriate and I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOGS THERE AGAIN!!!!!! 
He had been there multiple times and we never had an issue with the certificate at any other location.

HORRIBLE! I got 3 fish there and 2 of them died on the first day I got them!! I took care of them!! And did everything I was supposed to. DO NOT GET ANY ANIMALS FROM ANY PETCO! They are all sick and won’t live long.
