Just shopped in this store and experienced fantastic customer service! My special needs daughter was with me, and  the nicest salesperson escorted me to my car with my purchase so that I could hold onto my daughter. Very kind and helpful staff!!

Love this place. Ask for live crickets at the register, the ones already packaged (near the lizards) aren't as good.

Find another if possible. The store is usually clean with a few nice reps here and there but the animals are just pathetic. Purchased several saltwater and freshwater fish all of who usually have parasites or diseases. The reptiles are usually sick as well from a couple purchases I've made to just basic observation of their cleanliness. Most of the tanks are usually just scum filled meaning very little effort goes into the cleaning and well being of the creatures. It clearly show from the animals. The stock is very basic at best and they never have a good assortment of items to pick from. Prices are way overpriced for what they do sale. Be warned
