There is a good variety of cages and foods for birds, and the birds there seemed very healthy, though they were missing some feathers. The employees said that they were very young and were molting, and that a vet checks on them weekly. WOW! You don’t see that in most pet stores! There is not a good variety of bird toys, but all they toys there were very good quality. I asked about how social the birds were, and if they were hand fed. The people working there told me that the birds are hand fed, but they seemed shy and did not want to approach me. I asked about this, and they said that once you take your bird home and it gets used to you, it will enjoy playing with you and will be very social. This was a very good answer, and most other stores will just tell you that they have to stay in their cage, and can’t be hand tamed. The employees are knowledgeable about the pets here, and they really care about the animals. This is by far one of the best pet stores! Most stores neglect their animals in tiny cages, but here the animals are treated very well. The cats have very spacey cages and are frequently let out to play. I recommend you adopt one of the older kitties here, they are all super sweet! Older cats don’t get adopted as much, so I hope that they all get good homes. I definitely recommend this store, keep up the good work!

I've gone to this store many times over the years.  The customer service is excellent.  The store is very clean and well stock with items.  The staff members are friendly and pet knowledgeable.  I am and will be a returning customer.

I visit this store more out of convenience regarding distance. My gripe with them is they don't always have what I need most way too often. I find this strange when it involves their own brand.

Facility is clean and they always have my dog food. Their prices are a little up there though. In the area of pet selection, they mostly have fish, reptiles, a few birds, and rodents.
