I was here coming back from the airport. Parking sucks here but staff and store is fine. Probably depends on time in regards to parking. Ralph's shares the same lot so that would cause congestion

Store is well stocked, organized and all animals appeared healthy in clean environments. Staff are very helpful and kind.

Needs to work on their Customer Service. Cat group that comes on Saturdays is very rude......their tables are set-up right in the middle of the floor and they act like it's an inconvenience to move over so customers may pass to get to the merchandise they need.

It's an ok store. They do have horrible customer service and I've been coming here forever. When ever I need help I help myself to things only an employee can do.like bagging my own fish or whatever, To grab an employee's attention. Somehow its the only way to get help.
