In the past, we've always liked Petco however avoided buying things there because they are so expensive.  Due to the new policy of matching their online prices, we have been upgrading our reptile heating systems and spending lots of $$$.  Reasonable prices means Petco is now our go-to places instead of Amazon or Walmart.  Hope this policy is permanent!

The manager Erick was very rude to me and my wife about getting a ferret and said we're busy and don't have time for people who aren't going to buy a ferret. I was pissed and said that is so rude and completely unacceptable and now we will not be purchasing a ferret here and he said okay and didn't care at all. This is ridiculous and beyond terrible customer service. I asked why he was rude and he said you weren't there you don't know. I will be calling someone higher up than this man's ego. Will never go back here. 

Edit: called corporate and had the area manager call me back and said this was unusual and seemed like he didn't believe me and did a half ass apology and said he would check out the store in a week and call me back. That was over a month ago. Very disappointed in both this store and Petco in whole.

Only in America do we have a store dedicated to pets. What a joke and a waste of money. You need a roof over your head more than you need an animal.

Staff is almost always great, even if sometimes lacks education/training.

Wide variety of stock, even if a little over priced.
